Ready to have some serious fun at the most creative space in Dayton?  K12 is gearing up for 9 weeks of art classes and camps for all ages!

Pre-K Mini Camps, K-2nd Grade Art Camps, 3rd-5th Grade Art Camps, 6th-8th Grade Art Classes, 9th-12th Grade Art Classes and Adult Morning Classees.  Students will align with the camp/class of their rising grade.

Most camps can be taken as either a full day/full week camp or as a half day class for a full week. Full day camps run M-F from 9:30am-3:30pm.  AM Classes are from 9:30-12:00pm and PM Classes are from 1:00-3:30.

Full day camps are $150 for Members -or- $225 for Non-Members; half day classes are $75 for Members or $112.50 for Non-Members.  

Before care is offered from 8:00am-9:30am and after care from 3:30pm-5:30pm.  1 week of before and after care is $100 -or- $50 for morning or afternoon care only.

Please note that students need to bring a packed lunch each day and should wear "art clothes" that can get messy.

Need to renew your membership?  An individual membership is $50, two people $75 and full family for $100.  Memberships are good for a full calendar year and provide a 40% price reduction for all classes.

Daily Schedule:

8:00am-9:30am Before Care: Includes creative activities, games and drawing.

9:30am-12:00pm AM Studio Class

10:30am-10:50am: Shake it off time! (Outside Creative Play Break for Pre-K through 5th Grade students).

12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch Break (Students need to bring a packed lunch each day).

1:00pm-3:30pm: PM Studio Class

2:00pm-2:20pm: Shake it off time!

3:30pm-5:30pm: After Care: Includes creative activities, games and drawing.

Students will go on an offsite field trip on Wednesday each week.  Subsequently their scheulde will be shifted to allow them to e on the field trip from 11:30-1:30.  Our field trip schedule includes trips to The Dayton Art Institute, Wygerzyn Garden, Riverscape, and Aullwood Nature Center.

Each week will culminate in a Friday Art Party where students will share the incredible artwork they created throughout the week.  Family and friends are invited to bring a snack to share and enjoy while enjoying light refreshments.  Friday Art Party: 3:00pm-3:30pm.

Interested in applying for a scholarship?  Thanks to the Virginia Kettering Foundation, K12 has some scholarships for students based on merit and financil need.  If you are interested in applying, please fill out the scholarship application and bring your child to one of the two scholarship info sessions: Saturday, May 6 from 1:30-2:30 or Wednesday, May 10 from 5:00-6:00pm.  Students will draw for 30 minutes from a still life so we can gauge their interest/abilility level while parents/guardians can ask questions and fill out paperwork.  The Scholarship application can be found here: Summer Scholarship Application.
