Learn how to take a concept to a finished product through digitally creating, manipulating and enhancing images. Shapes, composition and personal narrative are all explored using photo editing software and digital technology. Examining traditional design elements in a digital context expands possibilities for future artwork. You will experience working with drawing tablets while creating digital paintings, creating projects in Adobe Photoshop and designing through the eyes of a graphic designer.
This introductory level class will also teach you how to create a model using CAD design software and how to print 3D objects. Put your creativity to the test by creating a multi-component sculpture that will include multiple 3D printed elements along with some hand created ones too! Class limited to 10.
*Extra cost for materials.
