Through the Looking Glass: July 27-31; 9:30-3:00
Using Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass as inspiration, explore how Surrealism is used in stories that talk about time in strange ways. Surrealism often combines unexpected elements and creates a dream-like setting. Create your own Surrealist story complete with illustrations in this fun camp. We’ll also look at some wacky Surrealist paintings created by Salvador Dali, such as the Persistence of Memory and will create our own artwork that is fun, fantastical and sometimes a little strange!
