Ceramics: November 4,11, 28; 11:00AM-1:00PM
Create functional pottery (objects you can use) while working with both hand building and wheel throwing techniques! You will create a collection of cups, plates and bowls that combine abstraction and functionality. By learning new glaze and surface decoration techniques, you will have a unique collection of objects that you will be proud to show off. This class will also teach you several new glazing techniques such as scratch through under glazing, stenciling and transferred surfaces!
Students should also wear clothes that can get messy. All classes will include a 15 minute snack break at 12:00PM.
All cellphones, tablets, etc should be stored away during class time. K12 Gallery & TEJAS is not liable for any damage done to personal property.
Please note that K12 Gallery & TEJAS will be closed November 25th for Thanksgiving and will not be holding class.
Saturday Art Class Pricing:
6th-8th Saturday Art Class: $30 per class for Members or $60 per class for Non-Members
