Art, Design & Technology: July 20-24; 9:30-3:00
AM: CAD Design & 3D Printing This introductory level class will teach you how to create a model using CAD design software and how to print 3D objects. Put your creativity to the test by creating a multi-component sculpture that will include multiple 3D printed elements along with some hand created ones too!
PM: Electronic Art: Wearable electronic art & kinetic sculptures. Explore the realm where technology and art meet in this camp. Create your own robotic kinetic sculptures that move while learning to design, plan, and build your works of art using Arduino circuits, LED lights and sound sensors. You’ll also create “Wearable art”, artwork such as shoes, bowties or skirts that light up and are wearable. What revolutionary idea will you come up with? Class fee includes all materials.

Students are encouraged to align with the camp of their rising grade. Parents are required to complete an Emergency Medical Form SAC 2020. Students should wear clothes that can get messy. Campers should bring an insulated sack lunch, beverages, and snacks every day. Each week, camps will culminate in a Friday Art Party, where students will share the artwork they have created throughout the week. Friends and family are invited to bring a snack to share and enjoy the artwork from 2:30-3:00pm.
Students will explore local parks and Dayton landmarks during off-site field trips for students on Wednesdays from 11:30-1:30.

Before & After Care Pricing:
Full Week before care (8:30-9:30am): $65
