Artist in Training Afterschool Art Classes
Description
Our Artist in Training After School Classes are open to students in Grades 3-12.
This program offers young artists a unique opportunity to master their artistic style & technique under the apprenticeship of our talented art teachers. For artists interested in exploring new mediums this program provides the means to learn & experiment with pottery, sculpture, oil painting, mosaic, painting & illustration. All of this opens the doors for friendships to form between equally dedicated young artists who are eager to grow in their creativity!
Classes meet Mondays through Wednesday from 3:00-6:00 pm
Cost: $20 per class for Members or $40 per class for Non-Members.
AIT & AP Pickup: All parents/guardians picking up students must arrive by 6pm at the latest. As a result of tardiness, there will be a $15 late fee for each 10 minutes past 6pm.
Classes begin September 2025 & end May 2026
Artist in Training Afterschool Classes
The AIT program is an after-school art club for students in grades 3-12. Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of media while working at their own pace. By learning some of the techniques used by artists, they will train to become better at their own art making. These classes are perfect for both beginners and students who already make lots of art! The collaborative environment in our studio allows students to forge friendships, build self-confidence, and experience new perspectives while making art. Students can opt to attend one day per week, two days, or all sessions. Students are welcome to join at any point in the year. Classes are $20 for members or $40 non-members. Multi-class passes available.
