Radical Sculptures! April 6, 13, 20, 27; 11:00am-1:00pm
This fun class is all about clay and sculpture! Learn basic ceramic techniques such as pinch, slab and coil, altering shapes and applying surface textures and colors while making ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, witches, other spooky creations. In addition to clay, students will focus on the world of 3D art while you work with paper mache, cardboard, paint, and recycled materials. Bring your imagination and dress for a mess!
Students should also wear clothes that can get messy. All classes will include a 15 minute snack break at 12:00PM.
All cellphones, tablets, etc should be stored away during class time. K12 Gallery & TEJAS is not liable for any damage done to personal property.
