TEJAS Gallery Current & Upcoming Exhibitions

Solo exhibition featuring the paintings of Dayton Artist, Eva Lewis, who creates works that capture moments and emotions. While Lewis primarily looks at life to inspire works, she also invents spaces from memories and relationships. Using oil, acrylic and gouache she is inspired by color and composition to create fluidity and movement in each piece. Sparkling similarities to photographs and influences from Renaissance painting and its narrative qualities, she conveys nuanced stories from her personal life.
